چکیده
In this article, we try to find out what Vasiliy Nalimov and Zinaida Mul’chenko exactly wrote in their famous book Naukometriya, the Study of Development Science as an Information Process (1969). Afterward, term Naukometriya became known West Scientometrics.It is often mentioned that invented scientometrics, usually with reference his published 1969. Shouldn’t be one inventors term? We show referring a case wrong reference, introduced already 1966.We further place scientometrics context science Soviet during period.
